What Happens Next

I will personally contact you to arrange your Complimentary Heart Connection.

During our time together, I will explain the heart brain connection, heart coherence, and why returning to the heart can change the way we experience and respond to life.

I will guide you through Heart Focused Breathing and Quick Coherence so you can experience the practice instead of only hearing about it.

When appropriate, we may also use the HeartMath Inner Balance device so you can see how your heart rhythm changes as you breathe and connect with a feeling of love, gratitude, appreciation, or calmness.

We will then apply what you have learned to something meaningful in your own life, so you leave with a practice you can continue using whenever you want to return to your heart.
