Sonic Healing at CC Studio

This is not a typical sound bath.
This is a deeply immersive experience where sound becomes the bridge between your body, your mind, and something deeper within you.
As the session begins, you are invited to simply lie down and arrive.
The sound starts gently.
The body begins to settle.
The breath slows.
The nervous system softens.
And without effort, the mind begins to loosen its grip.
This is where real change becomes possible.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is a 1-hour guided sound journey.
You will begin by lying comfortably on your mat
You’ll be invited to set a silent intention for your experience
The session opens with the live handpan, creating a gentle entry into the body
After a few minutes, the crystal singing bowls join, deepening the experience
From there, you are guided into a state of deep rest, awareness, and inner connection
There is nothing you need to do.
Just receive.

This is a lying-down experience for most of the session

The Handpan (played live by Seth)
Its rhythmic, melodic tones create a sense of flow, grounding, and emotional movement.
Crystal Singing Bowls (played by Judith)
Their sustained frequencies work deeply with the body, supporting relaxation, energetic balance, and inner awareness.
Together, they create a layered soundscape that is both grounding and expansive — something most people have never experienced before.
What to bring
To make your experience as comfortable as possible, please bring:
a yoga mat
a blanket
a pillow (optional but recommended)
an eye mask (optional)
a water bottle
We will have a limited number of extra mats and blankets available if needed.
You Don’t Have to Do This Alone
This level of care is intentional.
Healing doesn’t happen on a schedule, and I choose to meet you where you are, not only when the calendar says so.
