Judith Cunningham

| Sound Healing Practitioner, HeartMath Mentor/Coach & Author

Judith Cunningham is a sound healing practitioner, HeartMath mentor/coach, and author dedicated to guiding others toward inner balance, emotional healing, and deep self-connection. Through sound baths, tuning forks, singing bowls, and HeartMath techniques, she creates sacred spaces where individuals can realign their energy, release emotional blockages, and amplify their intentions.

Her journey into healing began with a profound realization… when we shift our energy, we shift our lives. Through her own experiences of transformation, Judith discovered the power of sound vibration and heart coherence in creating lasting change. Now, she shares these modalities with others, helping them access their own inner wisdom, clarity, and peace.

Over time, her journey revealed a simple but powerful insight: love is always available to us, but we have to be willing to recognize it and grow it within ourselves first.

As an author, Judith shares her insights and experiences, offering a heartfelt perspective on transformation, gratitude, and the unseen magic of life. Whether through the resonance of sound, the science of HeartMath, or the power of words, her work is rooted in the belief that true healing begins when we listen—to ourselves, our hearts, and the subtle energies around us.

Follow your heart; it will always lead you to amazing places and show you the truth.
